The outfitting parts have been newly researched and redesigned. By incorporating multiple slide mechanisms into the molds, we've accurately reproduced the intricate details of the 1/700 scale.

＜Additional Mold＞
The Unyo was originally completed as the NYK Line passenger ship “Yawata Maru”, but was requisitioned and entered service as an auxiliary aircraft carrier converted from a merchant vessel. Although she did not achieve notable distinction in naval battles, she played an important role in transporting troops and aircraft to Rabaul, Truk, and Southeast Asia, supporting the front lines.
This kit reproduces the aircraft carrier Unyo in 1/700 scale as a plastic model kit. With a parts configuration focused on key features, it is simple and easy to assemble while accurately represented. Newly designed fittings such as 25mm triple machine guns have been added. The precision and fine detail of the 1/700 scale are effectively expressed.
